Selected Options & CNY Prices
A spreadsheet price records a catalogue entry, while the seller or agent order describes the option you are actually requesting. Match the link, colour, size and quantity before comparing amounts. A starting price for a listing can refer to another option.
Use CNY to compare the underlying item amounts. Our USD estimates use a fixed data-provider conversion assumption, so a difference from a live CSSBuy display does not by itself demonstrate a seller price change.
Comparable Price Record
Build one comparison row for each exact option. A lower number is useful only when the underlying purchase is comparable. Check whether the amount covers one item, a pair, a set or a quantity tier, and whether the displayed selection is the one you intend to order.
Keep separate sellers on separate rows even if their photos look similar. A shared picture does not establish the same dimensions, included parts or seller terms. Use the current listing and an option-specific reply to resolve the difference.

Wholesale Quantity Tiers
Check minimum quantities and price tiers before choosing the cheapest displayed unit amount. Ask whether the threshold applies to the whole listing or your particular option. Confirm how mixed colours or sizes will be counted instead of assuming every combination qualifies.
Calculate both the unit amount and the entire commitment. In an editorial example, ¥25 for one item and ¥22 each for three items means a ¥66 item subtotal for the larger order. The lower unit price does not reduce the upfront purchase to ¥22. Domestic and international delivery still require separate checks.
Discount Eligibility & Promotion Conditions
CSSBuy’s ordering instructions tell buyers to confirm the requirements of merchant redemption offers before submitting the purchase. If a discount is essential to your decision, send the purchasing agent the exact offer and ask whether it can be obtained for your selected items.
Keep the offer’s date, eligible option, minimum spend or quantity, and any required redemption details with your note. Do not assume an app display, personal coupon or membership offer is automatically available to the purchasing account. Our directory cannot apply or confirm those offers.
Offer Confirmation Checklist
Make the offer easy to verify. Supply the seller link, chosen option, advertised CNY amount and the conditions that produce it. When a screenshot shows a coupon or app-only price, ask which of those conditions the purchasing account can actually meet.
If confirmation is still pending when an offer is due to end, decide what you will authorise: wait for a reply, accept a stated higher amount or stop that purchase. State the permitted action clearly. A wish for the lowest price does not tell an agent what to do if the seller’s price changes.
- Record the offer period and any cut-off shown by the seller.
- Identify minimum spend, quantity and eligible options.
- Ask whether the offer can be used by the purchasing account.
- Confirm the final item subtotal and China delivery.
- Keep the reply with the order instead of relying on the promotional image alone.
Seller-to-Warehouse Delivery Charges
The official combined-freight answer says several orders from the same seller submitted to buy together can have their domestic freight combined. This concerns seller-to-warehouse delivery, not the later international parcel. Confirm the combined amount rather than entering zero or merging unrelated sellers yourself.
Seller Basket Comparison
For several products from one seller, compare the combined basket rather than adding each product card’s rough shipping assumption. CSSBuy’s combined-freight answer concerns same-seller orders submitted for purchase together. Confirm the resulting amount for your particular basket.
Compare that seller basket with the alternative basket including all item subtotals and domestic charges. If a substitute creates a second seller shipment, the extra domestic cost can offset a small item saving. Later international consolidation is a separate decision based on the received contents and parcel quote.
Final Purchase Price & Approval
Ask one precise question: can this exact option and quantity be purchased at the stated CNY amount, and what domestic delivery applies? Attach the product link and offer evidence. Keep the reply and compare it with the submitted order.
If the confirmed amount differs, update your budget before paying. Entering a lower amount does not make a promotion eligible or require the seller to accept it. If you choose a substitute listing, repeat the option and delivery checks for that listing.
Quote and Order Reconciliation
After the purchase is processed, compare the item record with the amount you authorised. Identify whether a difference came from an option, quantity, seller price, freight or currency display. Ask about the specific line rather than treating the whole total as a price increase.
