Warehouse Inspection Scope & Limits
CSSBuy’s quality-check answer describes a general check against the seller’s description. It explicitly says the inspection is not exhaustive and staff may be unable to test electronic products. Do not treat warehouse receipt or a QC photo as proof of authenticity, performance or long-term durability.
Our product cards show catalogue listing images. A QC badge reports a photo count supplied by the product data; it does not mean those images show your future order. Review the warehouse information attached to your own received item in CSSBuy.
Order Matching & Received Contents
Match the warehouse entry to your purchase before reviewing small details. Check the order ID, number of pieces, selected colour and the visible size label. For a set or a pair, make sure the photographed contents correspond to what you ordered. A convincing main image is not a complete inventory.
Keep an unresolved issue attached to that item while it is still in the warehouse. State what you ordered, what is visible and what you need clarified. For example, request a clear view of the size label when it cannot be read, rather than asking for a general opinion about quality.
Photo Review & Missing Details
Use a short comparison checklist: order reference, selected colour, size label, quantity and visible condition. If a photo leaves a question unresolved, identify the exact area and ask what further image or measurement can be provided. Confirm any charge before requesting an extra service.
CSSBuy’s public pages describe photo allowances differently, so this guide does not promise a fixed number of free images. Use the services offered for the actual order. A photograph also cannot replace a functional test of an electronic item.
Photo Request Worksheet
Our practical approach is to turn each unanswered question into a specific photo or measurement request. Confirm availability and price first, particularly for electronics or a measurement that needs a particular setup. Photographs can document visible details without establishing how a product will perform in use.
| Question | Useful evidence to request |
|---|---|
| Is this the ordered option? | The option label, colour and identifying details together. |
| Are all pieces present? | An overview showing the complete received contents. |
| Is an area damaged? | A close view of that area and a wider view for context. |
| Does a dimension match? | The specified measurement with both tape endpoints visible. |
| Does an electronic item work? | Ask whether the required test is available; a still image is insufficient. |
Packaging Retention & Repacking Requests
Approve the received item before asking for changes to its packaging. Keep labels and packaging while a return or option dispute remains unresolved. If you plan to remove a box, decide whether it matters for protection, storage or a potential return before giving that instruction.
Choose packing for the actual contents. Soft clothing and a fragile accessory need different treatment. Ask what reinforcement or repacking will change, including the estimated size and weight. Removing packaging can reduce space, while reinforcement can add it; neither is a guaranteed saving on every route.
Storage Deadlines
The storage article gives purchasing and forwarding items 90 free days from In Warehouse status. It separately addresses parcels, including those with incomplete logistics or failed payments. For returned parcels, the article says the 30-day counter resets when they are returned by the courier or shipping company. Check the deadline attached to the relevant record.
| Record | Published free period | Published extension charge |
|---|---|---|
| Purchasing or forwarding item | 90 days from In Warehouse status | ¥15 per order ID per month |
| Parcel, including abnormal or returned records | 30 days; returned parcels have a reset under the published rule | ¥30 per parcel per month |
Storage Extensions & Exchange Requests
Apply for a storage extension before the applicable deadline if you are not ready to ship. CSSBuy says reminders do not remove your responsibility to act; overdue records without the required shipping instructions or extension can be treated as abandoned and destroyed.
Raise a wrong-size or wrong-colour concern promptly. The order-exchange article says changes after seller dispatch depend on the seller agreeing and can require exchange freight. Keep the reply with your order; sending a request does not confirm that an exchange has been accepted.
Storage Action Plan
Maintain a short list of warehouse items with their arrival dates, outstanding questions and planned action. Check the earliest deadline first when building a combined parcel. A later arrival does not give an earlier item a new storage allowance.
If you are waiting for another purchase, compare the cost and feasibility of extending the older item with shipping the available items now. Ask for the relevant extension before its deadline and keep the confirmation. Do the same for an abnormal or returned parcel instead of assuming it remains protected by an item’s storage period.
Where a return, dispute or value-verification question is still open, ask support how the record will be handled during that process. Record the reply and the next date requiring action. Sending a message is useful evidence of your request, but it should not replace confirmation of the requested extension or return.
