Agent Purchasing & Self-Purchase Forwarding
Use forwarding when you make the seller purchase yourself and want CSSBuy to receive, store and ship it. The official material calls this Ship For Me or Buy Yourself. With agent purchasing, CSSBuy buys the item for you; with forwarding, your seller transaction already exists.
Choose the process before paying so you can keep the right records. Paying the seller yourself and then submitting another purchasing request could create a duplicate instruction. Start a forwarding record for the incoming shipment instead, following the current account interface.
Warehouse Address Setup
Sign in and obtain the warehouse address from your own account. Copy all required recipient, address and identifying information into the seller checkout. Use the current account information instead of an address copied from an old tutorial or another person’s screenshot.
Confirm that the seller is sending the correct items to that warehouse address. Keep the seller order number and the domestic tracking reference when it becomes available. These are separate from the international parcel number created later.
Incoming Delivery Registration
The Ship For Me tutorial asks buyers to submit the incoming delivery after obtaining its Chinese tracking number. Enter the seller shipment in the forwarding workflow and keep the details consistent with the shipment you arranged. If the seller sends several parcels, record the actual tracking references rather than assuming one number covers everything.
When you ask about an arrival, supply the domestic tracking number and the forwarding record ID together. A seller’s delivery message and a matched warehouse item record are different pieces of information. Wait for the item to appear as received before trying to include it in an international parcel.

Seller Orders & Proof of Payment
The Buy Yourself terms require evidence of the actual purchase value for value verification and protection eligibility. Retain the seller invoice or receipt, the order confirmation and the payment record. Ensure the option, quantity and amount can be connected to the item received.
A spreadsheet reference price does not document what you paid. If the warehouse asks for clarification, submit the relevant original transaction information through the requested account channel. Keep any acceptance or rejection of the value record with the item; storage and shipment availability do not by themselves establish protection eligibility.
Warehouse Services and Packing
The forwarding service page describes consolidation, photography, vacuum packing and protective packing. Choose the services needed for your contents and confirm their current charges. The storage article gives purchasing and forwarding items the same published 90-day item allowance, beginning at In Warehouse status.
For several received items, list exactly which ones should be combined. Ask how packing changes affect the quote and protection. Retain packaging while an item question or return remains open; a packing instruction should follow that decision.
Returns and Acceptance Problems
For a self-purchased item, keep the seller’s agreed return destination and conditions. The Buy Yourself terms require the customer to provide the destination and pay the applicable return costs. Coordinate the warehouse instruction with the seller’s acceptance instead of sending an item back without approval.
The same terms address items refused for storage or shipment, including non-compliant contents or unacceptable dimensions. They require return instructions and associated costs within 30 days of the notification. Treat that notice as a separate action deadline; do not substitute the ordinary free-storage allowance.
International Parcel Submission
Once the intended items are received and their questions are settled, select them for international delivery. Confirm recipient details, an eligible route, packing requests and the quoted amount. Save the resulting parcel record with the forwarding entries.
Keep the two payments clear in your records: what you paid directly to the seller and what you pay for warehouse or shipping services. The purchasing-service formula should not be copied automatically onto an independent seller purchase. Check the forwarding transaction actually shown in your account.
