Product Links & Selected Options
Our spreadsheet is a discovery directory. Browse a category and compare the recorded item prices. Product cards open their corresponding external product pages in a new tab. Keep your own notes on the products you want to research. This website does not submit an order to CSSBuy.
Before ordering, obtain the exact seller link and match the colour, size and quantity. CSSBuy’s ordering guide specifically asks for colour and size in the product memo. A title or a main photo is not a substitute for selecting the required option.
Purchase Records & Unresolved Conditions
Prepare a small order record before moving between the spreadsheet, a seller page and the agent. Keep the seller link, option name, quantity, CNY price and size chart together. Record the exact colour wording when a listing offers several similar shades. This makes a later question about an unavailable option easier to answer.
Separate decisions that are already settled from those needing confirmation. For example, the size may be fixed while a coupon or minimum quantity is still uncertain. State those conditions clearly in the purchase note. Recording a product in your own notes does not reserve the seller’s stock.
- Keep a screenshot of the selected option and any offer you depend on.
- Check shipping acceptance before purchasing electronics, liquids or other restricted contents.
- Use your own account for orders and payments; keep order-specific communication attached to the relevant record.
Manual and Wholesale Orders
If the product link cannot be imported, provide the original seller URL and the information needed for a manual purchase. CSSBuy’s instructions for 1688 and other sites ask for the real item price, domestic freight, colour and size, with the original link in the note. Include seller contact details when the product page does not provide them.
For a wholesale listing, establish the minimum quantity before budgeting. A low unit price may require a larger purchase. Ask whether your chosen combination of sizes or colours meets that seller’s requirement, and confirm the complete quantity to be bought.
For customisation, send a precise written specification and any necessary reference image with the order ID. CSSBuy’s custom-order answer directs buyers to supply their requirements in the note. Resolve artwork, colour placement and quantity before approving the purchase; an image alone can leave important choices open.
Order Submission
In CSSBuy, paste the seller link into the product search or follow its current manual-order process if the link cannot be imported. Review the product information, add the chosen options and check the cart before submitting. The official guide separates payment for the items and delivery within China from the later international parcel payment.
- Check the selected variant, quantity and CNY item price.
- Confirm the seller-to-warehouse delivery charge.
- Put any unresolved purchase requirement in the order note.
- Save the submitted order reference and check subsequent messages.
Item Status & Forwarding Orders
CSSBuy’s status guide distinguishes Purchased from Arrived: the first means the item has been bought and is awaiting warehouse arrival; the second means it has reached the warehouse. A Problematic Order can require missing colour or size information. Respond to the specific request before assuming the purchase can continue.
If you buy directly from a seller yourself, use the separate Ship For Me process. Enter CSSBuy’s current warehouse address at the seller checkout and register the incoming domestic delivery in your CSSBuy account. This is forwarding, rather than asking CSSBuy to purchase the item.
Order Status Reference
Use the item record to identify the purchasing stage. The same word on a parcel record may describe a different action. The following is a compact reading of CSSBuy’s published status explanations.
| Item status | Meaning and next check |
|---|---|
| Pending / Processing | Submitted or assigned for handling; review the order information. |
| Purchasing / Purchased | Buying is in progress, or the item is bought and awaiting arrival. |
| Arrived | Received at the warehouse; review the received item. |
| Problematic Order | A required option or other detail needs your response. |
| No stock / Invalid Order | Read the reason and the available cancellation or correction action. |
| Processing Return/Refund | A return or refund is being handled; check for confirmation. |
Stock and Purchase Changes
An online listing can still show availability when the seller has no stock. CSSBuy’s stock explanation describes this mismatch. If the agent reports an unavailable item, ask whether the exact option is unavailable or whether the whole listing is affected before deciding on a replacement.
The published out-of-stock workflow returns the cancelled item’s money to the CSSBuy account. Check the relevant order and balance entries rather than expecting a refund to your bank immediately. Place a separate order for a replacement so its option, price and domestic delivery can be confirmed independently.
For a colour or size correction, act at the current purchase stage. Add missing information while the record remains editable, or message the agent with the order ID when it has already been confirmed. Wait for an acknowledgement before treating a revised note as an accepted change.
Warehouse Review & Parcel Submission
After warehouse arrival, review the received-item information before selecting it for international delivery. Check the recipient address, available route, packing requests and quoted charges when submitting the parcel. Follow the parcel record after dispatch; an item purchase status and an international parcel status describe different stages.
Final Order Checklist
Before submitting the international parcel, compare the warehouse item list with your purchase record. An order can include several items that arrived on different dates. Confirm which ones are included now and which will remain in storage.
Keep the resulting parcel number with the item order IDs. This links purchase questions, warehouse photos and the later shipping record without mixing them up. If you need help, send the reference for the stage where the problem occurred.
- Review the selected items and any unresolved QC or return request.
- Confirm the recipient name, address and contact details.
- Record the selected route and packing requests.
- Check the amount due and the remaining storage deadlines.
- Save the parcel and tracking references after dispatch.
